Virtual Day Schedule Information (Determined by the Superintendent)

• Decision: This decision will be made by the superintendent by 6:00 am and will be communicated to employees, students, and families via text, email, facebook, and district/school websites.

• Length of Schedule: Students can access assignments during the day after 10 am.  

• Teachers: will communicate to students and parents how to access assignments for the day.  

  • Will respond to parents and student emails, and monitor Canvas work during the contract time.

  • Assignment Guidance

    • Assignments sent to students by 10 am

    • Secondary Class Assignments - A maximum of 20 minutes per class.

    • Elementary Class Assignments  - 45-60 minutes for math and ELA/reading (from priority standards)

• Students: Students will attend school from home and access assignments from the teacher via email/Canvas.

  • Assignments for the day will be made available to students by 10 am.
